The primary meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 6, in the board room of H.F. Robinson Administration Building.
The session is set for 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13, at the university’s Biltmore Park location in Asheville.
She will assume her duties at the private institution in Virginia beginning in July of 2020.
The Arts and Cultural Events series is kicking off the festive time of year in a big way.
The program will include schools in Cherokee, Clay, Graham, Jackson, Macon, Swain and Transylvania counties, as well as the schools of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.
Among the many musical events on campus is the popular “Sounds of the Season” holiday community concert.
Funding from a variety of public and private sources was confirmed in October.
Laura Plantenberg, a nursing faculty member at WCU, is serving as health services coordinator at the school three days each week.
SASA was founded by WCU student Tucker McGrew in 2017 and has three main focus areas – education, activism and outreach.
