University gains $1.25 million federal grant for autism-related training

The award from the U.S. Department of Education will be distributed over five years and involve 60 graduate students in psychology, special education and speech-language pathology programs.   


English Department's Bradshaw appears in film about Appalachian music, migration

“The Mountain Minor” had its first public showing in Cincinnati on Oct. 17 and is set to be screened in Bryson City on Sunday, Nov. 3.  


Faculty engagement leads to award for its work with University Participant Program
