Campus Updates and Resources

Western Carolina University classes are being held online or via alternative instruction through May 8. Possible dates for in-person commencement ceremonies in August or mid-December. All summer instruction will be offered online. Prorated refunds have been authorized for housing and dining payments. New Student Orientation will take place digitally this summer. WCU students now have access to financial assistance through the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF). Residential Living began the process of communicating with students about completing the residence hall move out process for this term.

Residential Living began the process of communicating with students about completing the residence hall move out process for this term. Students may sign-up for a day and time to move out by going to onlinehousing.wcu.edu.

We hope that this email finds you well and successfully completing the semester. We write to you today with an update regarding our plan for enabling you to retrieve remaining items from the residence halls.

We realize that retrieving your items is just as critical to you as it is to us to have empty buildings that can be cleaned and maintenance completed. With all of this in mind, we have created a move out plan that is outlined below...
