Integrity -- Maintaining social, ethical, and organizational norms in job-related activities.

Most jobs demand that individuals do what is morally and ethically right as well as fast. It might be possible at times to get away with something without being found out. It is important that employees do what is morally and ethically right.

Key Behaviors:

• Points out his or her own mistakes and describes problems accurately to supervisor.
• Presents full, accurate information in reports.
• Keeps information confidential and in a safe place.
• Is honest in actions and behaviors.
• Meets personal commitments and promises.
• Is truthful.
• Discloses confidential information only when authorized.
• Presents information, programs, or services accurately to others.
