- PD-102-R,
for all other SPA positions
- EPA
questionnaire, for positions potentially exempt from the
State Personnel Act

-Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) Checklist
-Any other supporting documentation (memos, letters, etc.)

for Restudies (classification reviews of existing positions)

position value, appointment type, incumbent (if applicable),
etc.
Review
of Vacant Position for Posting Purposes
-If
job description is less than 18 months old, no additional
documentation is required.
-If job description is more than 18 months old and significant
changes have occurred, an updated job description is needed.
-If job description is more than 18 months old and no significant
changes have occurred, a memo from the position's supervisor
stating that there have been no changes may by substituted
for a new job description.
