Work
plan year begins: April 1
Development of work plan for year should occur in April
for the year beginning April 1 and ending March 31. A copy
should be provided to the employee and the original should
be maintained in the department by the supervisor.
Interim review should occur between September 15 and October
15 (this represents the middle part of the work plan year).
End of year review should occur in March (by March 31) for
the year beginning the previous April 1 and ending March
31.
For transfers (either on-campus or between agencies)
Work
plans should be developed within 30 days of the new appointment.
Unless the employee is on probation, Human Resources does
NOT require a copy. A copy should be given to the employee
and the original should be maintained in the department
by the supervisor.
