It
is the policy of Western Carolina University that
a performance evaluation program exist for each EPA
non-faculty employee. The purpose of this program
is to evaluate the individual employee’s work
performance, link employee objectives to the University’s
goals, and enhance communication and professional
development.
Annually
by June 1, supervisors shall review the overall performance
of each EPA non-faculty employee.
