CatCard Office

The CatCard Office is a unit of the Division of Administration and Finance. This site is provided to answer your questions, and explain the polices and procedures in the operation of WCU's CatCard Program.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  If you have a meal plan that has board meals for Dodson Dining Hall, please tell the cashier if you want to use a board meal for payment. The cashier will ask you what type of payment to use, and that’s important since board meals do not transfer to spring semester. As always, declining balance dollars will transfer to spring. A cashier can also tell you your dining account balance anytime, just ask!
